Ring Your Android Device When It Is On Silent Mode

When your phone is lost and also if it's in silent mode than its very difficult to find that phone. when you call on that phone. it will never ring nor vibrate because it is on silent mode.

It's getting very irritating to find that phone. because you are unable to do anything to find it. ok guys, don't worry I have a solution for this. Which I will be sharing with you all. actually, you can make your android device ring even if it is on silent mode. let's see how's this possible.

how can you ring your phone, when it's on silent mode?

So google has taken a step forward to this that you can manage your device even when it is not with you. there are some steps from which you can achieve this.

Step to finding your silent mode android phone

• Go to Android Device Manager  and log in with your Gmail credentials (Which you are using on your silent mode device)

• Then you will see your device which you are using, and which is on silent mode.

• Then you will see 3 option Ring, Lock, Erase. below your device image. as you can see in the below image of my device which is moto g4 plus. you will see your own device.

• To make your device ring just click on the ring option it will ring your phone and you can get your phone in this way.

How it finds your device?

Actually, it does not use any sim card to find your device, it directly connects your device to which your email account is connected currently, that's how it directly connects and shows you when you log into the android device manager with your email id

You can also use an android App name as 'Android Device Manager' to find your silent mode android smartphone.

Other Features Of Android Device Manager

There are other various features from which you can manage your android device without using your device

• Location Tracking

Location tracking but it required GPS enabled on lost phone, so it uses GPS detector to find your Android smartphone location,

It detects your lost phone it will show you through google maps where your device is but it requires GPS enabled in your device.

• Enables Screen Lock Password

Yes, you heard the right we can set a screen lock password without using your own device through android device manager.

If you have not enabled any password lock in your android smartphone then you enable it and set it through android device manager.

But if have enabled the password lock in your device then it will not work has your phone is already locked with screen password.

• Manage Your Storage 

You can manage your storages on your android smartphone without using your android smartphone through android device manager.

You can Erase and format your storage data from your android device if you want to from your android device manager account.
